Cost: $26-$28 [for BBQ and LODGING]
$16 [for LODGING ONLY]

all COM HEADS kindly take note of the changes and INFORM ur own coms!

When you see this, I need you to:

1) spread around to your committee, and the rest of the councillors.

2) then confirm free your time on the days so that you can make it.
